To change your default booking duration, go to Settings and then the Bookings tab in admin. You can choose between 15 minute, 30 minute, and 60 minute booking durations.
Changing the booking duration affects the customer experience.
- 30 minute and 60 minute durations use a simple slot-based booking grid.
- 15 minute durations enable a more advanced booking experience for granular control.
The setting applies to your whole venue
Booking duration is a venue-wide setting. It applies to every bay on your booking page and cannot be set per bay. You cannot have one simulator on hourly bookings and another on half-hourly bookings.

If you want to offer both 30 and 60 minute bookings
Set your venue to 30 minutes. Customers can then book one slot for 30 minutes, or two slots in a row for 60 minutes, on any bay. Selecting several consecutive slots is part of the normal booking flow.
This gives you both lengths on every bay. It does not let you restrict a single bay to full hours only.
