Head of Marketing. Growth hacker. Paid performance specialist. Call it what you want. We're looking for the marketer who takes Alba into the world.You own growth.
There's no CMO above you, and no agency holding the keys. What you ship today, you see in the numbers next week. That's both the freedom and the responsibility of this role.
Alba, in brief
We're the revenue platform for golf simulators — bookings, payments, and venue operations in one place. In three years, we've gone from zero to market leader, with customers in 13 countries, 90% market share in Norway, and zero churn since day one. We just signed an exclusive partnership with the Norwegian Golf Federation.
Now we're looking outward. The international market is many times the size of Norway, and we're actively growing into the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and beyond. This isn't a pitch deck. It's something we're executing on right now.
What you'll do
You take us from market leader in Norway to market leader internationally. In practice:
- Run paid performance on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok across two distinct audiences: venue owners and golfers.
- Own the funnel economics. CAC, LTV, payback, conversion. You know why a campaign worked, not just that it did.
- Create the content yourself. Copy that lands, and visuals you generate in tools like ChatGPT or Nano Banana and finish in Photoshop or Figma. A finished campaign today, not in three weeks.
- Own PR and build community. Get press to write about us and build a base of golfers and venue owners who genuinely root for us. Now we're taking that international.
- Help open new markets alongside the sales team, from the ground up.
- Test fast and ruthlessly. A good idea today can be live tomorrow.
Who you are
You've done this before, and you have results to show for it, not just titles. You're hands-on and proactive: you write the ad copy, you work in Ads Manager, and you produce the visuals yourself.
You don't need to be able to code, but we love a bit of vibe coding. If you build your own dashboard or landing page with some AI help when you need it, you're exactly who we're looking for.
You're obsessed with data without being a robot. You know that good marketing reaches both head and heart. You work just as well in English as you do in Norwegian, and you're into golf, or you'll get there fast.
