You can reschedule an event by editing it. You do not need to delete it and create a new one.
- Open the event, either through the Bookings page or the Events page.
- Edit the event and change the start time, the end time, or both.
- Save your changes.
You can also change which simulators the event reserves. If the event was created without simulators, you can still change its time, but you cannot add simulators to it afterwards. In that case, create a new event.
Recurring events: when you edit one event in a repeating series, you choose whether the change applies to just that event or to that event and all the ones after it.
Alba does not notify participants when you change an event’s time. Let anyone who has already signed up know about the change yourself.
