How customers switch between your locations on the booking page

If your Alba account has more than one public location, customers can move between them from your booking page without leaving your brand.

They tap the venue name in the header (next to your logo) and pick another location from the list. Each location keeps its own booking page, bays, pricing, and offers.

Which locations appear in the menu

The menu lists every public location on your account, sorted by name. Demo venues do not appear.

If a location is hidden from Alba’s public overview, it is also left out of this menu. See How can I show or hide my venue on Alba’s public overview? for how public listing works.

Where customers can switch

The venue name is a menu on:

  • the main booking page (calendar home)
  • Play (simulators and other bookable resources)
  • Events
  • Offers (memberships, day passes, vouchers, gift cards, custom fitting)
  • Instruction

On checkout, venue info, support, and similar pages the name stays as plain text so customers are not sent to another location mid-flow.

What happens when they pick another location

  • If they had a date selected on the calendar, that date is kept when possible.
  • Alba tries to open the same kind of page at the other location (for example Events or a Play resource type) when that location offers it.
  • If the other location does not offer that section, the customer is taken to that location’s main booking page instead.

Checkout on multi-location accounts

During checkout, the order summary shows which location the purchase is for, so customers can confirm they are booking or buying at the right venue.

There is nothing to turn on

The switcher appears automatically when your account has two or more eligible public locations. You do not enable it in settings.
