What the booking receipt shows

What the booking receipt shows

The receipt for a booking shows what was paid by card, and a breakdown of the booking when there is more than one line.

What’s on the receipt

  • The payment: the date paid and the amount paid by card, with the tax shown separately. The payment method line always reads “card”, and the receipt has a payment reference.
  • The booking breakdown, when there is more than one bay, extra players, or rental equipment:
    • the bay with the booking time,
    • the booking price, with the normal price and the discount percentage if a discount applied,
    • extra players,
    • rental equipment.
  • A refunded payment stays on the receipt marked Refunded, with the amount crossed out.

Value cards, gift cards and free hours

  • A value card or gift card is not listed as its own line. The receipt shows only the amount charged to a card. If nothing was charged to a card, the amount shows 0.
  • Free hours and member prices show as a discount on the booking line. The line shows the normal price and the discount percentage, and the membership name for a member discount.
  • A discount code also shows as a discount, but the receipt does not show the code’s name.

Good to know

The receipt is saved when the payment is completed. If the booking is changed afterwards, the receipt keeps showing what was paid.
