Gift cards let customers buy credit that can be spent on playtime at your venue. Turn on gift card sales and customers can buy them straight from your booking pages.
What the customer gets
After buying, the customer receives an email with a PDF gift card and a code. They can use the code themselves or pass it on as a gift.
How it's used
The recipient picks the time they want to book, then enters the code on the payment page at checkout. The first time it's used, the gift card links to that person's profile, so they can see the balance and history.
What it can pay for
Gift cards cover playtime at your venue. They can't be used for other products or services.
Expiry
You set a default expiry for gift cards customers buy: 1, 2, or 3 years from purchase, or never. When you assign a gift card yourself, you can pick a date or turn expiry off. See How to set when gift cards expire.
Partial payment
If the balance doesn't cover the full booking, the customer pays the rest with another method at checkout.
