Member prices in Alba are tied to memberships. When you set up a membership, you can give members their own prices for playtime, usually lower than your standard rate. Customers without that membership pay the standard price.
So the order is: set your standard prices first, then create a membership and set the prices members get. See How memberships work to set one up, and How pricing works in Alba for the pricing basics.
Member prices apply to bays and simulators only. Rental equipment is not included. It is always charged at its own price, even for members.
If a customer enters a discount code at checkout, the code’s discount is used instead of their member price for that booking.
You can limit how many hours per day or week get the member price with the optional limits on the membership. Members can still book more hours than the limit.
