Your Alba agreement has a monthly license fee for each active resource.
What counts as an active resource
A resource is active in a month if it has at least one booking or blocking in that calendar month. A resource can be a simulator, an instructor, or another bookable resource such as a putting green.
- A resource with no bookings or blockings in a month is not counted for that month.
- If you add a resource but nobody books it and you don’t block it, it is not billed that month.
- Resources are counted again every month, so the number can change from month to month.
On your invoice
The fee shows as a line called Fixed fee bookable resource, with the number of active resources as the quantity. The amount per resource is in your agreement. All prices in the agreement are excluding VAT.
You may also have:
- a license fee per door, if you use door access,
- an extra monthly fee if you choose weekly or daily payouts instead of monthly.
Months without payments
In a month where your venue had no payment fees at all, Alba does not invoice the fixed fees on their own.
