You can offer a membership that lets members book outside your normal opening hours. Everyone else still only sees the hours your venue is open to the public.
This is different from opening the whole venue 24/7. That setting is under Opening hours and makes every hour bookable for all customers. See How can I set my venue to be open 24/7?
Turn on 24/7 access for a membership
- Go to Products, then Memberships.
- Create a membership or open an existing one.
- Turn on Has 24/7 access.
- Save.
This toggle only shows if your venue is not already set to open 24/7. If the whole venue is open around the clock, every customer can book any hour anyway.
Set prices for outside hours
Once 24/7 access is on, you can price the hours outside your normal opening times. Those slots are marked as member-only in the price editor.
- Go to Settings, then Prices.
- Fill in prices for the before- and after-hours slots you want members to be able to book.
- Save.
When you turn on 24/7 access, Alba also reminds you to review these prices.
What customers see
Members with a 24/7 plan can see and book the outside-hours slots at the prices you set. Customers without that membership don't see those slots, and their booking page looks the same as before.
