- How much did this instructor sell through Alba?
- What is the net amount after fees and taxes on fees?
- Which specific payments make up the total (for audit or payroll)?
Where to find it
- If none are linked, you’ll see a message like “There are no instructors linked to your location.”
How the period works
- Timezone: The period is interpreted in the venue’s timezone.
- What date is used: Transactions are included based on when the payment happened.
- End date: The full end date is included (so selecting an end date includes that whole day).
Page layout (what you’ll see)
1) Instructor selector
2) Summary cards (the two key numbers)
- Gross income: Total paid by customers for this instructor in the period (only through Alba). Refunds reduce this number.
- Net total: What’s left after fees and taxes on fees. The text under the card shows the total fee and total taxes used for the calculation.
3) Transactions table (the audit trail)
- Transactions: Category + date/time, plus a small reference snippet.
You may also see a check icon:
- On newer payments it indicates “Settled and paid out” (included in a payout).
- On older payments it may always show as checked.
- Status: Simplified labels such as Paid, Paid and refunded, Refunded.
- Info: What the payment relates to (booking/event/voucher), with customer and timing details when available.
- Amount: What the customer paid (or what was refunded).
- Net: What remains after fees. Hover to see the fee amount.
Refund note (important)
Refunds can look different depending on how old the payment is. In some older cases, you may see:
- Amount = 0, but an original amount shown in brackets
- Net may be negative (because the original fee was still deducted)
Export and pagination
- Export list: Downloads an Excel file for the selected instructor and period (useful for payroll and reporting).
- Load more transactions: Loads additional rows in larger batches when there are many transactions.
Summary
- Gross and net totals for a period
- A transparent list of the underlying payments
- An exportable Excel file for payroll/revenue sharing
