Payment links let you send a secure payment link to customers via SMS or email so they can pay for a booking outside of the regular checkout flow. This is useful when you create bookings on behalf of customers, or when customers need more time to complete payment. There are two ways to use payment links: send a link automatically when creating a booking, or create and send a payment link for an existing unpaid booking.Sending a payment link when creating a bookingWhen you create a booking in the admin calendar, you can choose to send the customer a payment link instead of marking the booking as paid. This is useful if you're booking on behalf of a customer who will pay later. To send a payment link during booking creation:- Create a booking in the calendar as normal
- In the payment section, select "No" when asked if the booking is paid
- Enable the "Send Payment Link" option
- Choose how to send the link: via SMS, email, or both
- Enter the recipient's phone number or email address
- Select how long the payment link should be valid (1, 6, 12, or 24 hours)
- Complete the booking
The payment link will be sent automatically when the booking is created.Creating a payment link for an existing bookingIf you have an unpaid booking, you can create and send a payment link from the booking details. To create a payment link for an existing booking:- Go to Bookings in the admin panel
