How member benefits and rules get calculated

When you set up a membership with benefits such as free playtime, or rules like a maximum of 2 hours per week, these are calculated for every booking made by that member.


This applies both to bookings the customer makes themselves and to bookings made on their behalf by an admin. All bookings count toward the same limits and benefits.


Customers can see their remaining benefits and any active limitations in the booking grid drawer on the customer facing booking page.


At the moment, admins do not have a way to view a member’s current benefit or rule status in the admin interface.
