How can I give a customer free hours to play?

There are several ways to give a customer free hours.

The quickest method is to assign the customer a value card.

To do this:

1. Go to the Products page in admin.
2. Navigate to the Value cards section.
3. At the bottom of the page, use the Assign value card tool to give the customer a value card with the desired amount.
