All payments at the venue, including playtime, value cards, instructor lessons, and instructor packages, are processed through the venue’s payment provider. Instructors never receive direct payouts from Alba.
Instead, Alba generates an invoice summarizing the instructor’s completed lessons and package usage. This gives both the instructor and the venue a simple and transparent way to settle payments.
Venue admins can view the invoice in the admin panel.
