If you have just been added as an instructor, complete these steps:
- Add profile information
- Phone number
- Description (skills, background, etc.)
- Share calendar with other instructors at Oslo Golfklubb
- Allow other instructors to edit your calendar
- Set your weekly availability
- This defines when you can be booked.
- Temporary changes can be made later by adding blockings.
- Configure advance-booking rules
- How many weeks ahead customers can book
- Minimum notice
- Whether customers can book only on the hour or also on 30-minute intervals (Some venues offer 30-minute slots, especially in summer.)
- Add lessons: Go to Lessons → Create new lesson. Each lesson includes:
- Name
- Description
- Custom fitting toggle
- Attached simulators (If multiple are selected, they are tried in order until one is available)
- Price
- Calendar duration (not visible to the customer)
- Buyable from / to date range
- Enable/disable for sale
Once your profile, availability, and lessons are saved, your profile appears in the customer booking pages under the Instructors tab.
How instructor lesson packages work
Packages work exactly like value cards for the venue. The instructor sets:
- The total value (in hours)
- The price the customer pays
Example
If a single lesson is 100 dollars, a 5-hour package should have a value of 500 dollars. The instructor may charge any amount they choose depending on the discount they want to offer.
Customers purchase packages from the instructor’s profile. Packages are tied strictly to the instructor who sold them. Instructor value cards can be assigned and edited by the venue admin.
