What to do if a customer is not receiving emails

Some email providers have stricter, older or less sophisticated filtering policies. The old email Microsoft domains like Hotmail, Outlook, Live, Msn, and certain custom domains (example.com) may delay incoming messages or place them in the spam folder.


If the customer cannot find the email in spam or the message remains undelivered after some time, please contact us for further assistance.
