What to do if a customer cannot open the door

If a customer cannot open the door, check the following:

  • Confirm the customer is within the allowed access window you defined in Settings > Doors.
  • Check if the customer verified their phone number successfully.
  • Confirm that your access control system reports the door or controller as online.
  • Verify that the correct door is mapped to the correct bay or venue entrance.
