Gift cards are redeemed the same way as discount codes. The gift card PDF contains a gift card code that the customer enters at checkout when booking playtime at your venue.
Once the gift card code is redeemed, the system converts the balance into a value card attached to the customer’s account. From that point on, the remaining balance is treated as a payment option.
Customers can see their balance:
- Directly in checkout
- Under their Products page in the customer facing booking pages
