How to give a customer a value card

There are two ways to give value cards to customers.


Method 1: Assign value cards individually

Use the Assign value card to customer function found under the Value cards tab inside Products. Here you can choose the value, expiration date, and the customer you want to assign the card to.


The customer must have an Alba account before you can assign a value card. If they have previously booked at your venue, search by name. If they recently created an account, search by their exact email address.


Method 2: Bulk assignment

This uses the same tool as the bulk membership import. Go to Customers, then Import customers in the admin panel. Follow the instructions on the page to upload and assign value cards in bulk. This method is recommended only when assigning a large number of value cards.
