Customers find purchasable value cards in the customer facing booking pages under Offers, then Value cards.
Buying a value card works similarly to making a normal booking:
- The customer selects which value card they want.
- If they are not signed in, they are prompted to sign in or create an account.
- Once signed in, they complete the purchase using a payment card.
After the purchase is completed, the value card is automatically connected to the customer’s account. The next time they book playtime at your venue, the value card appears as a payment option in checkout.
