To cancel a customer’s membership, go to the Customers page in the admin panel. Search for the customer you want to cancel the membership for and click their name to open their customer card. Scroll down to the membership section. Here you will find the option to remove the membership from the customer.
Removing the membership stops all benefits immediately. If you also need to refund the original payment, you must do that separately through the Transactions page under Statistics.
