Depending on the situation, you can communicate service issues in two ways.
If you need to shut everything down immediately, disable all bays and add a note explaining why the bays are disabled. This informs anyone trying to book that the venue is closed and why.
If you want to continue operations but prevent new bookings during a certain time, create blockings and leave the option “Show title to customers” enabled. This displays a visible message for anyone viewing the affected time slots, informing new visitors about the issue.
