There are two ways to disable a bay, depending on your needs.
Disabling the bay from the simulator configuration disables it for all future dates. Any existing bookings will remain unaffected and the bay will not accept new bookings until it is enabled again.
If you only want to disable bookings for a limited time period, it is better to use the blocking feature. Blocking lets you select specific dates and times when the bay cannot be booked. Read more about blockings here.
