To cancel a booking as an admin:
- Go to Bookings in the admin panel.
- Click the booking to open the drawer.
- Click Cancel booking.
If the booking has been prepaid, you will be offered two refund options:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to a value card
Refunding to a value card creates a value card for the exact booking amount, which is automatically added to the customer’s profile. On their next booking, the value card appears as a payment option.
The customer receives a confirmation email about the cancellation, including a note about the value card if used.
