How to change or move a booking (admin)

There are two ways to change an existing booking from the admin panel.


Method 1: Drag and drop

In the Bookings calendar view, drag the booking to a different time or simulator.


Method 2: Using the booking drawer

  1. Click the booking in the calendar.
  2. A drawer opens with booking details, including contact details, date and time, simulators, payment details, and internal notes.
  3. Click the Change button at the top of the drawer.
  4. Select a new time, date, or simulator.

After saving the changes, the system will ask if you want to notify the customer by email about the change.
