Customers can cancel their bookings by signing in and opening the Bookings page. This page shows a full overview of active, upcoming, and previous bookings, including:
- Regular bookings
- Event bookings
- Instructor bookings
Clicking any booking opens the booking receipt page, which includes all details related to the booking.
If the booking is still eligible for cancellation based on your rules, the customer will see a Cancel button.
As an administrator, you define the cancellation policy, including:
- How long before the booking a cancellation is allowed
- Whether the customer is refunded when cancelling
- The rules that apply to refunds
