You can make a booking for a customer from the admin page called Bookings.
- Open Bookings in the admin panel.
- Select the simulator and time slot you want to reserve.
- A drawer opens with the booking options.
Booking settings:
- Date: The day you selected.
- Start time and end time: Adjust when the booking begins and ends.
- Customer: Search by name or email, or select Drop-in. If the customer has not made a booking at your venue before, they will not appear in your venue customer list. You can still find them by searching their exact email address. Drop-in creates a booking without attaching a customer profile.
- Resources: Select the simulators you want to reserve.
- Price: The price is automatically calculated based on the selected slot and whether the customer has a membership. You can override the price, apply discount codes, or change the customer’s value card. If the customer has multiple memberships, you will be asked to choose which membership applies to the booking. You can also mark the booking as paid outside Alba.
- Internal note: Add notes related to the booking. Only admins can read these notes.
When you save the booking and a customer is attached, a confirmation email is sent immediately to the customer.
