You can open your venue for bookings around the clock by going to Settings, then Opening hours, and turning on Open 24/7.
That makes every hour bookable for all customers, not only members.
If you only want members to book outside normal hours, leave this off and turn on Has 24/7 access on a membership instead. See How to offer 24/7 access on a membership.
