How customers buy gift cards

Customers can buy gift cards from the customer facing booking pages under Offers, then Gift card. They choose the value of the gift card.
Gift card purchases do not require an Alba account. The customer only needs to enter an email address. After purchase, Alba generates a PDF gift card and sends it to the email provided. The PDF includes:

<li>The gift card code</li>
<li>Instructions on how to redeem it</li>
<li>A clean layout suitable for giving as a gift</li>
</ul>
The purchase page shows Expires based on your venue setting (for example 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or Never). If the gift card never expires, the PDF says This gift card does not expire.
