Guest price lets members bring extra players at a price you choose. It is set on the membership, separately from your venue-wide per-player pricing.
Where to find it
Go to Products, then Memberships, and open the membership. Under Member price, open the price group you want, and turn on Guest price.
How it works
- Guest price is the hourly rate each extra player pays when a member books. The member’s own time follows the member price. A booking for 3 players has 2 extra players.
- You set the rate by day and time, like your other prices.
- A price group applies to the bays you chose for it. If the group is limited to some bays, guest price applies only on those bays.
- If you turn on Guest price but leave a day or time empty, extra players are free at those times. Fill in every time that should be charged.
- It works on its own, even when per-player pricing is turned off for the whole venue.
- It does not set a limit on how many guests a member can bring. The limit is the bay’s own maximum number of players.
If you want guests to be free
Set the guest price to 0. A free hours group does not do this, because free hours groups have no guest setting and never change what extra players pay.
When a discount code is used
If the member enters a discount code at checkout, the code replaces their membership prices for that booking, so extra players are charged your normal venue prices, not the guest price.
