When customers open your booking page and see Member time – you must have the correct membership, with a Buy membership button, it means they cannot book that day because your venue only accepts bookings from members.
Why customers see it
Members-only booking is turned on for your venue. Customers without an active membership, including customers who are not logged in, see this message instead of available times. A membership also has to cover the date they want to book. For example, a membership that has not started yet, or has expired, does not cover that date.
If you want everyone to be able to book
- Go to Settings in the admin panel, then the Bookings tab.
- Turn off members-only booking.
- Save.
To check it, open your public booking page in a private or incognito window while logged out, and pick a day when you are open. You should see available times.
If you want to keep it members only
Customers need an active membership that covers the date. The Buy membership button takes them to your membership page. See How customers purchase a membership.
