How to limit a day pass to certain weekdays

Day passes let customers buy play for a single day they choose. You can limit a pass to specific weekdays, for example a weekend-only pass or a Monday-to-Friday pass.

Set which weekdays a pass can be used

  1. Go to Products → Memberships.
  2. Create a new membership and choose Day pass, or open an existing day pass to edit it.
  3. Under Days the pass can be used, tick the weekdays when customers may buy the pass. All seven days are selected by default.
  4. Save the day pass. You need at least one day selected.

One-time and recurring memberships are not affected. They always cover every day of the week.

What customers see

When a pass does not cover the full week, the offer shows which days apply, for example Valid on Sat, Sun.

On the purchase page the customer still picks a date. If they choose a weekday that is not included, they see a short explanation straight away and cannot continue with that date. The weekday follows your venue's calendar, not the customer's time zone.

Granting a pass from admin

If you add a day pass to a customer manually, the same weekday rules apply. You cannot grant the pass for a day outside the allowed weekdays.

Changing weekdays on a live pass

If you remove a weekday from a pass, new sales for that day stop. Customers who already bought the pass for that day keep it. Their booking for that day stays valid.
