You can view members connected to a specific membership in a couple of ways, depending on what you need.
Option 1: Filter from the Customers page
This is useful if you want to search, sort, contact, or export customers.
- Go to Customers in the admin panel.
- At the top of the page, open the dropdown labeled Show all customers.
- Select the membership you want to view.
The list updates to customers who currently have that membership within their active paid period. Lapsed (expired) memberships are not included in this filter.
From the filtered list you can search, sort, open a customer card, export to Excel, or email the filtered group (based on consent settings).
What this list does not cover
- Members who have never interacted with your venue in a way that creates a customer record may be missing from the general Customers list.
- For the most complete active-subscriber count for a membership product, use Option 2 below.
- People whose membership has already ended show up under Statistics → Lapsed members, not in the active membership filter.
Option 2: Active subscribers on the membership product
- Go to Products → Memberships.
- Click the green info icon (ⓘ) next to a membership.
The modal shows the number of active subscribers and a list of current active members, including name, email, and renewal date when relevant. This view includes active subscribers even if they have never made a booking.
Why counts can still differ
- Products → Memberships → Info is the best source for active subscribers on that membership product.
- Customers filtered by membership shows customers with an active membership in the current period, and is useful for outreach and exports.
- Statistics → Lapsed members is where former members go after their membership has ended.
How to verify payment status
Recurring memberships: In the membership info modal, a renewal date means the member has an active recurring payment. On the customer card, look for Renews [date] or Won't renew · active until [date].
One-time memberships: If the customer appears in the active subscribers list in the info modal, the membership is active for its paid period.
